WE HAVE SNOWB0B HIGHLAND LYNX KITTENS AND DESERT LYNX KITTENS!

            First and foremost welcome to Living Art Exotics,  not only registered with the Rare  and Exotic Registry, we are also now state registered as well as focused our attention on the Desert Lynx and Mohave bob. All our cats are either in the snow variety or are at least snow carriers. We are working on our own wild look to enhance certain attributes of the breed yet staying true to its history. So enjoy our website as we enjoy our felines. We have been blessed to introduce an f2 african jungle female and a f4 african jungle male (the first generation of males which are fertile and weigh up to thirty pounds full grown) so look for our junglebob line as it gets an explosive start this summer with our first litters. For us personally this program is not about breeding desert lynx to desert lynx like an assembly line. It is an artful breed with no set recipe, so in my opinion I fear the breed is getting smaller and smaller in size every year so these jungles amongst a few other outcrosses will hopefully save the historic look of a large stocky, wise mystic minature bobcat. (not a barn cat with extra toes) by all means I may be completely off track and wrong but it is my own journey.

WHAT IN THE HECK ARE THEY THINKING?! EVEN THOUGH THE DESERT LYNX IS A REGISTERED AND RECOGNIZED BREED WIITH SET BREED STANDARDS. IN MY OPINION IT IS A COMPULATION OF SEVERAL BREEDS THAT TOGETHER CREATE THE LOOK OF A WILD BOBCAT. THIS IS WHY I LOVE WORKING WITH THIS PARTICULAR BREED SINCE IT GIVES BREEDERS A LITTLE ROOM TO CREATE THEIR OWN LINE AND PERSONAL LOOK. IN MY VISION I AM STRIVING FOR PARTICULAR CHARACTERISTICS TO EXAGGERATE UPON, SUCH AS THE EAR TIPS, EAR TUFTS, MARKINGS, COAT VARIETIES, SIZE, MUSCLE MASS, COUGAR VS. BOBCAT, HEAVY EYEBROWS, VOCAL SOUNDS, AND MAINTAINING THE HUGE POLYDACTYL FEET IN BOTH MITTEN AND PADDY STYLES.  ALTHOUGH DOMESTIC AND NOT WILD, I FEEL THE SIZE OF THE DESERT LYNX HAS DECREASED OVER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, SO WE ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO BRING IN SOME GREAT NEW BREEDERS AND FUTURE BREEDERS TO HOPEFULLY BRING BACK WHAT THESE CATS WERE MEANT TO PORTRAY IN THE FIRST PLACE, "SMALL BOBCATS" OR AT THE VERY LEAST VERY UNUSUALLY PLEASING PETS THAT ROCK WHILE TAPPING THE BEAT OF NATURE TO DO WHAT IT DOES BEST; SUPRISE AND MYSTIFY US.  THANKS FOR VISITING OUR LITTLE PROGRAM OF FANTASY MEETS LIFE.      OUR MAIN FOCUS RIGHT NOW ASIDE FROM OUR OBVIOUS BACKBONE BREEDING OF DESERT LYNX, WILL BE OUR VERY OWN TWIST ON THE NEW RECOGNIZED BREED THE "PUPPYKAT" OURS ARE SO BEAUTIFUL THEY ARE BEING USED AS FOUNDATIOTN STOCK FOR THE BREED STANDARD. NOW AINT THAT A GOLD STAR FOR US:? SO BE LOOKING OUT FOR A BURST OF NEW PUPPYKAT LINES COMING FROM OUR PROGRAM.  KING THOMAS IS THE SEED THAT GREW INTO LIVING ART EXOTICS. HE HAS SIRED OVER FORTY LITTERS FOR US AND IS STILL IMPRESSING US MORE AND MORE EACH DAY.

April our snow desert lynx in our cougar line is due anyday with wooley as the father. lily will have her first litter this summer as she was bred to machiato on 4-18 and tabitha and thomas were bred on 4-20. Precious our foundation puppykat queen is having another litter in two weeks. and with our bengalbob tulip you never know when she is going to give us the next chapter of our program to enhance our  lines markings. stepping stones my dear friends, stepping stones.

          I FIND IT A PRIVELAGE AND HONOR TO OWN THE CAT WHO TIES FOR THE GUINESS WORLD RECORD OF BEING THE CAT WITH THE MOST TOES EVER RECORDED! WITH AN ASTOUNDING 28! FIVE ON EACH FRONT WITH THREE THUMBS EACH. AND SIX ON EACH BACK. HE IS AN ALL STAR!
